Is it better for a woman to pray Eid at home or to go out to the prayer ground?

It is better for women to go out for the Eid prayer, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded that they be brought out on both Eids, even the young women, the menstruating women, and those secluded in their chambers. The menstruating women should abstain from prayer but witness the good and the supplication of the Muslims. Women must go out plainly dressed, not displaying their adornment or wearing perfume, in order to combine performing the Sunnah (definition) with avoiding temptation.
