The rule for being afflicted with sals (incontinence) is that the affected person does not find a duration long enough to perform the prayer with a valid purification, or this duration is not consistent. If a person with sals intentionally breaks their wudu (ablution), they must perform wudu again. Therefore, if you are afflicted with fluid incontinence according to the aforementioned rule, you should perform wudu for every prayer. However, if something else exits for a reason other than sals, your wudu will be invalidated.
