The answer

If the deceased's heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the inheritors are: his mother, his two full sisters, and his full paternal uncle only. The inheritance is divided as follows: The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a number of siblings, as Allah Almighty says: {But if he had brothers [and sisters], the mother will have one-sixth} [An-Nisa: 11]. The two full sisters receive two-thirds due to their plurality and the absence of a male counterpart (co-sharer), as Allah Almighty says: {And if there are two [sisters], they will have two-thirds of what he left} [An-Nisa: 176]. Whatever remains after the share of the mother and the two full sisters goes to the paternal uncle by virtue of 'asabah (residuarily), based on the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Give the Fara'id (prescribed shares) to those who are entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the closest male." The origin of the inheritance is from six shares: one share for the mother, four shares for the two full sisters (two shares for each one), and one share for the full paternal uncle.
