What is the share of each heir from the inheritance, knowing that the deceased's heirs are: a father, a grandfather (father's father), 5 full brothers, 4 paternal uncles (father's full brothers), a mother, a grandmother (father's mother), and 2 full sisters?

If the deceased left only those mentioned, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of multiple siblings, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if he has brethren, then his mother shall have a sixth." The remainder goes to the father by ta'sib (residuary inheritance), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male heir." There is nothing for the other mentioned heirs (grandfather, grandmother, and sisters) because they are completely excluded from inheritance by the father. The grandmother is also completely excluded by the mother and the father. Thus, the estate is divided into six shares: one share for the mother, and five shares for the father. The enquirer is advised to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts to verify all heirs, wills, debts, and other rights.
