What is the punishment for one who curses, lies about, and fights against those who listen to scholars and preachers when they see them on television?

It is forbidden to curse a Muslim. The sin increases if the cursing and reviling are directed at scholars, because they are the inheritors of the prophets, and whoever curses them has brought upon himself the wrath of Allah. As for someone who curses scholars and preachers in general, disbelieves them, and fights those who listen to them, we fear for him apostasy and disbelief.
