Is the time we are living in the Last Days, and are these years deceptive and transient?

The prophetic hadith, "The Hour and I have been sent like these two," indicating the short period between the Prophet's ﷺ advent and the establishment of the Hour. We live in the End Times, but the very last days preceding the Hour have not yet come, as their major signs, such as the descent of the Messiah, the emergence of the Dajjal, and Gog and Magog, have not appeared.
