Are the major signs of the Hour, such as the emergence of the Antichrist (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal), inevitable occurrences? If so, how can one reconcile their inevitable occurrence with the fact that the Hour will come suddenly?

The Hour's advent is a momentous event that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, gave great importance to. Allah Almighty has concealed its time from His servants. The signs of the Hour are divided into three categories: signs that have appeared and concluded, such as the advent of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him; signs that have appeared and are still increasing, such as the death of scholars and the prevalence of ignorance and iniquities; and major signs that will occur before the Hour's establishment, which include: the emergence of the Mahdi, the Dajjal (Antichrist), the descent of Jesus, peace be upon him, the emergence of Gog and Magog, the emergence of the Beast, the sun rising from the west, the gathering of people to Ash-Sham (Greater Syria), and the blowing of the Trumpet (the blast of terror, the blast of swooning, and the blast of resurrection). These signs do not specify the exact time of the Hour but indicate its proximity.
