Do the regular (Sunnah) prayers, by which a house is built in Paradise, have to be performed regularly after the obligatory (Fard) prayers, or is it permissible to perform them at any time of the day? And is it permissible to pray the two (Sunnah) rak'ahs of Fajr after the Fajr Adhan and before the obligatory (Fard) prayer?

The Hadith regarding the virtue of praying twelve voluntary rak'ahs every day is authentic, narrated by Muslim, and it states that whoever does so will have a house built for them in Paradise. The specification of these rak'ahs has been mentioned in other Ahadith, and they are performed before and after the obligatory prayers. As for the Sunnah of Fajr, it is prayed between the true Fajr Adhan and the obligatory prayer.
