Is it permissible for someone accustomed to entering the mosque at the time of the Fajr prayer's iqamah to pray the two rak'ahs of Fajr after the prayer on a daily and continuous basis?

If the two rak'ahs of Fajr are missed, it is permissible to perform them immediately after the Fajr prayer, or to delay them until after the sun has risen, and delaying them is preferable. A Muslim should strive to wake up early to perform the regular sunnah prayer before the obligatory one.
