Is it narrated that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to blow into his hands and wipe his body after reciting the Two Protectors (Al-Mu'awwidhatayn) following the Fajr and Maghrib prayers?

It is authentically reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) that when he went to bed every night, he would cup his hands together, blow into them, and recite "Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad" (Surah Al-Ikhlas) and the two "Mu'awwidhatayn" (Surahs Al-Falaq and An-Nas). Then he would wipe with them whatever he could of his body, starting with his head, face, and the front of his body, doing that three times. The Prophet (peace be upon him) also encouraged the recitation of these surahs in the morning and evening, saying, "They suffice for everything." However, it is not authentically reported from him that he would blow and wipe his body after reciting them following the Fajr and Maghrib prayers. Following the Prophet (peace be upon him) is paramount. Scholars have used the hadith of Aisha as evidence for the permissibility of performing ruqyah on a healthy person for protection. As for reciting the "Baqiyat As-Salihat" (the enduring good deeds: Subhan Allah, Al-Hamdulillah, La ilaha illa Allah, and Allahu Akbar) after the Fajr and Maghrib prayers, there is no evidence for it, so it should not be performed regularly.
