Is it permissible to perform ablution (Wudu') and ritual bathing (Ghusl) in a shower (hammam) that was urinated in after it has been cleaned, and what is the best way to clean it?

Urinating in the bathroom designated for bathing is disliked, due to the prohibition of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding it. However, ritual purification, such as ghusl (definition) (full ablution) and wudu (partial ablution), is not disliked in it, especially after purifying the place by pouring water over the spot of urination until its trace is removed. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade urinating in the bathing area and said: "Indeed, most of the whispers [of Shaytan] come from it." Some scholars permitted urinating in the bathing area if water is flowing through it, while others held that the hadith (definition) should be taken in its absolute sense and one should avoid urinating in the bathing area altogether, whether it has a drain or not, and whether the place is hard or soft, because whispers can occur in all circumstances.
