The answer

This fluid does not fall outside of two situations:

1. That it is maniyy (sperm/vaginal discharge): This is a thin, yellowish fluid that is discharged at the peak of arousal. A ritual bath (ghusl al-janabah) is obligatory after its discharge, based on the words of Allah the Almighty: ﴿وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا﴾ (And if you are in a state of janabah, then purify yourselves). 2. That it is madhiy (pre-ejaculatory/vaginal fluid): This is a thin, white, sticky, transparent fluid that is discharged at the initial stage of arousal. Only washing it off and performing ablution (wudu') are obligatory, and a ritual bath is not required. This is based on the statement of Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): "I used to be a man who discharged madhiy frequently, so I asked Al-Miqdad to ask the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he asked him. He [the Prophet] said: 'Ablution is required for it.'"
