What is the mother's share of the inheritance if the deceased has no heir other than her?

If the deceased leaves no heir except his mother, she receives one-third as a prescribed share, according to the Almighty's saying: "But if he has no child and his parents inherit him, then his mother has one third." The remainder is returned to her if there is no organized public treasury (Bayt al-Mal).
