If those managing the website cannot control the forums, then it is not permissible to keep them. Allowing the presence of doubts and শর’ঈ transgressions without responding to them is religiously impermissible. Excusing oneself by claiming to be busy or that responding is the responsibility of the members is invalid, because refuting doubts is very important, and their persistence without refutation poses a danger to the religion of the browsers.
