There is no sin upon the website owner if some members publish what is not permissible শর'an (Islamically), but it becomes obligatory for him to delete it immediately or to refute it with clear evidence, because the website is his property and he can remove the evil. As for publishing materials from scholars without reviewing them, there is no harm in that, as the general principle is that a scholar speaks the truth. However, if a scholar is known for a specific error in a certain issue, then the material containing that error must be removed.
