What is the ruling on a girl watching movies or TV series—Turkish or otherwise—while observing the legitimate Islamic controls, such as not watching immodest scenes or revealing clothing, not focusing on the features of men, and merely following the storyline?

The Shariah prohibitions in films and TV series extend beyond the mere display of 'awrah (private parts) to include lying, promoting evil and deviant ideologies, beautifying indecencies, illicit relationships, and music. Watching such content is not permissible.
