The answer

Whoever believes in the necessity of separating religion from the state, and that the Sharia of Islam is not suitable for public life, is an infidel and outside the fold of Islam if proof has been established against him. Therefore, it is not permissible for a Muslim man to marry a woman in this state, nor is it valid for a man who holds such beliefs to marry a Muslim woman. As for someone who has a misunderstanding of some religious matters or negligence in obligations, his marriage is valid, but it is preferable to choose a righteous spouse of good character and religion.
