Is it permissible for a Muslim man who is informally married to marry a Christian woman who is experiencing difficult social circumstances?

A Muslim man marrying a chaste Christian woman is permissible, according to the Almighty's saying: {and the chaste women from among those who were given the Scripture before you}, provided the conditions for a valid marriage are met, namely a guardian and witnesses. The Christian woman is to be given in marriage by her guardian from among her own people of her religion. If no such guardian exists, then her bishops or the Sharia (definition) judge may perform the marriage. One must be cautious not to marry her without a guardian. It is worth noting that it is better for a Muslim man to marry a righteous woman who will help him raise his children in Islam.
