Should two rak'ahs be made up before the Fajr prayer if the time of its performance differs from the previous day?

One must be mindful of the impermissibility of delaying prayer beyond its prescribed time without a valid excuse. If the delay is due to sleep, one must take measures to wake up, such as setting an alarm. Your negligence in this regard will result in sin. If you wake up after the time for Fajr has passed, you should pray the two rak'ahs of the Fajr Sunnah (definition), and then pray the obligatory prayer as a make-up (qada'). You are not required to make up previous obligatory prayers that you prayed after their time had elapsed.
