Is money earned from designing programs using cracked and unlicensed tools and software considered lawful or unlawful?

Contemporary scholars differ on the consideration of copyright, and the fatwa we adopt is that it is absolutely considered. Therefore, it is not permissible to use cracked or unlicensed software or tools. However, there is no harm in the money earned from designing software using unlicensed tools, but it is obligatory to guarantee the rights of the owners of those programs and tools.
