What is the share of each heir from the deceased's inheritance, knowing that the heirs are: a mother, a paternal grandfather (father's father), and two full brothers?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings, as Allah Almighty says: "But if he has brothers, then for his mother is one-sixth." The remainder is divided between the grandfather and the siblings. Thus, the estate is divided into eighteen shares: the mother receives three shares, and the grandfather and each of the two brothers receive five shares.

It must be noted that inheritance matters are complex and intricate, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Rather, they must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be other heirs, bequests, or debts that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
