Is it permissible for a husband to order his wife to undergo cosmetic surgery for her sagging breasts, knowing that there is a previous fatwa prohibiting it and that the husband is bothered by their appearance?

It is not permissible to perform breast lift surgery if the sagging of the breasts is within the normal limits for women due to pregnancy, childbirth, and breastfeeding, and has not reached the extent of severe disfigurement. The husband must enjoin his wife to what is good, not what is evil, and seek refuge in Allah from Satan who beautifies sins.
