Is it permissible for the husband to relieve his sexual urges through masturbation if his wife is fatigued from physical exertion and does not desire intercourse, while he has a daily urge?

Masturbation by hand is not permissible. However, it is permissible to masturbate with one's wife's hand or to enjoy her in a way that does not harm her. If this is not possible, then patience and chastity are obligatory, and one should not resort to impermissible methods to satisfy desires, for Allah Almighty says: "And those who guard their private parts Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed But whoever seeks beyond that – then those are the transgressors." Al-Shafi'i explicitly stated that it is not permissible to use the male organ except with one's wife or a slave woman, and masturbation is not permissible.
