Is masturbation between a man and his wife forbidden?

Masturbation by the wife's hand is not forbidden; rather, it is permissible, as it is a lawful enjoyment of the wife. This is because Allah the Almighty said: "And those who guard their private parts (5) Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they are not to be blamed (6) [Surat Al-Mu’minun]."
