Is it permissible for a woman to masturbate to satisfy her desires after intercourse, especially if her husband does not fulfill her sexual needs and is quick to ejaculate?

One must stop the practice of masturbation, as it is among the aggressions mentioned in the Quran, and one must repent and seek forgiveness for it. The husband must know that part of living together honorably is fulfilling his wife's needs, as Allah Almighty says: "And due to them [the wives] is similar to what is expected of them, according to what is reasonable." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded husbands not to rush their wives until they fulfill their needs. This answer can be shown to the husband, and the wife should take permissible measures that help her in this regard, such as paying attention to her appearance and adorning herself for her husband.
