Is the 'Umrah valid if I entered into Ihram, performed Sa'y, and shortened my hair while menstruating, then performed Tawaf al-Wada' after my menstruation ended and after the 'Eid prayer?

The questioner erred in her sa'i (ritual circumambulation between Safa and Marwa) and taqsir (shortening of hair) while menstruating, and in not performing the tawaf (definition) al-umrah (definition) (circumambulation of Umrah) and sa'i after becoming pure. Performing sa'i before tawaf is permissible in Hajj, but not in Umrah. The questioner remains in a state of ihram (definition) (ritual consecration) for Umrah. She must return to Mecca, perform the tawaf al-umrah, repeat the sa'i, and then perform taqsir.
