What is the ruling regarding a woman who performed Tawaf, then her menstrual blood came down before she completed the Sa'i in Umrah?

The Sa'i (ritual circumambulation) between Safa and Marwa is a pillar of 'Umrah. Purity is not a condition for its validity. However, this woman did not complete the Sa'i nor did she shorten her hair, which means she is still in her state of Ihram. She must return to Makkah to complete her 'Umrah, starting with the Tawaf, then the Sa'i, and then shortening her hair. She must avoid the prohibitions of Ihram until she completes her 'Umrah. As for the prohibitions of Ihram that she committed out of ignorance of the ruling, there is no accountability upon her for them.
