What is the ruling on the salary of an employee who works in a lawful job, but the employer deals in usury, knowing that the employee is aware of this?

As long as you are working in a permissible field and your work does not lead to assisting your employer in dealing with forbidden contracts, then there is no harm upon you in that. However, it is better to move to another suitable job with someone who fears Allah in all his dealings.
