Does a divorce issued by a husband while in a state of extreme anger count, knowing that he uttered the divorce three times, has never divorced his wife before, and she is still legally his wife according to official documents? And what is the legitimate way for her to return to him if the divorce did not count?

A man is permitted to marry more than one wife as long as he is capable of being just, and the knowledge or permission of the first wife is not required. Cursing, harming, and breaking the phone of one's wife are forbidden. One must repent from such actions, seek her forgiveness, and compensate her. The pronouncement "You are divorced by three" results in a triple divorce according to the majority of scholars, and the wife is not lawful for him again unless she marries another man. However, Ibn Taymiyyah holds the view that it is a single divorce, and the husband may take her back before the expiry of her iddah (waiting period). Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce except in cases of loss of awareness. The wife's statement "Go to your family's house, for she is divorced by three" after the divorce has occurred carries no consequence.
