Is it permissible for a woman to travel without a mahram a distance of 60 kilometers, accompanied by a safe group of Muslim women, for the purpose of Da'wah (calling to Islam) in a church?

The majority of jurists are of the opinion that it is not permissible for a woman to travel without a mahram if the distance between her city and the other city is considered a travel distance according to custom. Whereas Ibn Taymiyyah and others are of the opinion that it is permissible for a woman to travel for an act of obedience if she is safe, especially if she is part of a secure female company and the road is safe.
