Is it permissible for a woman to travel a distance of 150 km without a mahram to support Al-Aqsa Mosque, knowing that the permissible distance for travel without a mahram is 80 km?

It is not permissible for a woman to travel without a mahram, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "It is not lawful for a Muslim woman to travel a night's journey unless a man of hurma (close relation) is with her," and his saying: "A woman should not travel except with a mahram." This includes anything that is considered travel. Traveling to support Al-Aqsa Mosque does not permit a woman to travel without a mahram. And whoever intends to do so will have her reward, even if she does not travel.
