Assalamu Alaykum. What is the ruling on someone who ate their suhoor after the adhan?

If a fasting person eats intentionally after the true dawn appears, their fast is not valid. They must refrain from eating for the rest of the day and make up that day after Ramadan. However, eating after the first Adhan and before Fajr is permissible, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Bilal calls the Adhan at night, so eat and drink until Ibn Umm Maktoum calls the Adhan."
