Is it permissible to continue eating suhoor during the second adhan?

If the muezzin calls the adhan (definition) precisely at the break of dawn, then one must abstain from food and drink, in accordance with Allah’s saying: ﴿And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread [of night]﴾. However, if the muezzin calls the adhan early, or if there is doubt about his adhan coinciding with dawn, then it is permissible to eat and drink until the break of dawn is confirmed, either by the designated times for it, or by the adhan of a reliable muezzin who calls it at dawn.
