Is it permissible for a woman to seek a divorce (khulʿ) and is that valid, and is she sinful for what she did, especially since she has come to resent Islam due to her husband's domination and her feeling of injustice?

A woman has her independent financial autonomy and has the right to dispose of her wealth without domination from her husband. The husband does not have the right to interfere in her financial affairs.

A wife has the right to leave the house with her husband's permission, except in cases of necessity.

A wife has the right to seek khulʿ (divorce at the wife's instance) from her husband if she dislikes him. The khulʿ that took place is valid if its pillars (conditions) are met.

The wife is not obligated to return to her husband after khulʿ, and she is not unjust for refusing to return, even though fulfilling a promise is desirable.

Marriage is a good thing that should not be avoided. There is no sin in refraining from marriage due to the actions of a previous husband. It is important to choose a husband well to ensure the continuity of the marriage.

Hating Islam is dangerous. A man's qawāmah (guardianship/headship) is for management, not for domination. It is obligatory to submit to Allah's حكم (judgment).

Abandoning prayer is a grave matter and may lead to kufr (disbelief) according to some scholars. It is obligatory to repent to Allah.
