The answer

Working in a hotel where foreigners commit forbidden acts, such as eating in Ramadan, is not permissible if your work assists in these forbidden acts. You must leave it immediately and seek another job, due to Allah's saying: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect" [Quran 65:2-3], and His saying: "But do not cooperate in sin and aggression" [Quran 5:2]. Serving them food in Ramadan is considered cooperation in disobeying Allah.
