A Muslim should not employ non-Muslim workers except out of necessity, because Muslims are better, as Allah Almighty said: ﴿And a believing slave is better than a disbeliever, even though he might please you.﴾ As for their eating and drinking during the daytime in Ramadan in front of those who are fasting, there is no harm in it. However, they should be prevented from displaying it in public places, as it contradicts the Islamic appearance.
