Is the questioner considered negligent and held accountable by God for his shortcomings in his multiple responsibilities towards his family, work, parents, and relatives, despite his constant feeling of exhaustion and sadness, and is there an action that can save him from this accountability?

Self-accountability is a good thing and a sign of faith and a living heart; it is the practice of the righteous. Umar ibn al-Khattab, may Allah be pleased with him, said: "Hold yourselves accountable before you are held accountable." The believer always holds himself accountable, unlike the wicked. Self-accountability should be used positively to push one towards obedience to Allah and His pleasure, not towards despair and hopelessness. Allah created humankind for trial, and one must strive against the self to fulfill obligations, for Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity. Sincerity and truthfulness bring Allah's help and increased guidance. It is recommended to frequently remember Allah to strengthen the heart and body, just as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, guided Fatimah and Ali to recite tasbeeh (subhanallah), tahmeed (alhamdulillah), and takbeer (Allahu akbar) before sleeping. One must balance rights and give every rightful person their due.
