What are the differences between the Salafi methodology and other methodologies?

The Salafi methodology is based on following the path of the believers from the righteous predecessors (Salaf al-Salih), who are the Companions of Muhammad, peace be upon him, and those who followed them in goodness until the Day of Judgment. They are the group about whom the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "There will always remain a group from my Ummah upon the truth, unharmed by those who forsake them, until the command of Allah comes while they are upon that." The Salafi methodology means that whoever affiliates with it is not a Kharijite, nor a Rafidi, nor a falsifying interpreter of falsehood who denies the attributes of Allah, nor one who likens Allah to His creation, nor a Hulooli (proponent of immanence), nor a Sufi who worships graves. It is the path followed by the Companions and the Rightly Guided Caliphs. As for other methodologies, they have deviated from this path, and they differ among themselves in their closeness to or distance from the Salafi methodology.
