How sound is the Salafi methodology? And why do those who call themselves Salafis ignore Muslim issues, especially the Palestinian cause?

The Salafis are the followers of thelaf—the Companions and those who followed them in righteousness. One who attributes himself to Salafism is recognized by his methodology. If his methodology aligns with that of the Salaf, his claim is accepted; otherwise, it is not. Among the most important characteristics of the Salafi methodology is concern for the affairs of Muslims, in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The believers are like one man; if his head aches, the rest of his body responds with fever and sleeplessness." This concern is not limited to presenting issues but includes providing financial aid and prayers, warning Muslims against the deception of enemies, and clarifying the related rulings of Islamic law.
