What is the ruling on working or studying in an environment where men and women are intermingled if that leads to Allah's wrath?

Mixing in universities and workplaces is a gateway to evil and corruption. If a woman needs to study or work, she should seek a place where women do not mix with men. If she can only find mixed environments, then she must avoid privacy with non-mahram men. Her interaction with men should be limited to the strictest necessity and only as much as needed, while avoiding a seductive tone in speech, adhering to the lawful hijab, and maintaining a lowered gaze.
