Is the cessation of the twins' growth and their miscarriage a tribulation from Allah, or a punishment for delaying childbirth, or for the mother's anger?

Allah created man to test him with good and evil. The believer must be patient and content with Allah's decree. Delaying pregnancy by mutual agreement of the spouses is permissible. Weeping over the fetus is permissible without distress or objection. Affliction expiates sins, elevates ranks, purifies believers, or is a punishment. The servant should repent, seek forgiveness, and adhere to piety, for that relieves worry and brings forth good.
