Is not conceiving after a miscarriage a sign of God's wrath?

One should strive to please the husband, alongside the parents and mother-in-law. Abortion performed without a legitimate Sharia (definition)-compliant excuse is forbidden and a grave sin that requires repentance, remorse, and a firm resolve not to repeat it. However, if it miscarries on its own, there is no sin. The continuous flow of blessings or trials is not exclusive proof of Allah's pleasure or displeasure. One must have good thoughts about Allah and be patient in calamities, for the patient will receive a great reward, and this includes patience in being deprived of a child. Piety and seeking forgiveness are recommended, for whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and provide for him, and seeking forgiveness brings sustenance, wealth, and children.
