What is the solution and reason for the recurring problem of cats defecating at the entrance of the house?

We have no knowledge regarding the cause and treatment of this matter, and it is not something we are asked about, as we issue fatwas on Islamic legal rulings. The ruling on cat feces is that it is impure because cats are among the animals whose meat is not eaten. It can only be purified by removing its substance and trace by pouring water over it until the water covers the area of impurity. Prayer is not permissible in places where this feces is present until they are purified, and purification is only obligatory when one intends to pray in them.
