Is it permissible to definitively assert that a specific disbeliever has entered Hellfire after his death?

Whoever dies as a disbeliever is destined for Hellfire and forbidden from Paradise, for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, the religion in the sight of Allah is Islam," and His saying: "And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it will never be accepted from him, and in the Hereafter, he will be among the losers." And for the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, no one enters Paradise except a Muslim soul." As for a specific living disbeliever, he is not cursed, due to the possibility of his repentance.
