What is the inheritance due to the following heirs: a father, a mother, a wife, two full brothers, one full sister, and one full paternal uncle?

If the deceased leaves behind only the father, mother, wife, a paternal uncle, two brothers, and one sister, then the heirs are only the father, mother, and wife. The rest are excluded by the father, a complete exclusion.

The wife receives one-fourth due to the absence of any descendant heir. The mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of a group of siblings. The father receives the remainder by ta'sib (residuary heir).

The estate is divided into twelve shares: three shares for the wife, two shares for the mother, and seven shares for the father.

It must be noted that matters of inheritance are complex and intricate, and a mere fatwa (religious edict) is insufficient. Instead, the matter must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation and to ascertain the existence of any other heirs, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
