1-What are the proofs from the Qur’an and Sunnah that alcohol is forbidden?

The Quran, Sunnah, and the consensus of Muslims all indicate the prohibition of intoxicants (khamr). Among the proofs from the Quran is Allah's saying: "O you who have believed, indeed intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing to] stone altars, and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful." (Quran 5:90). And among the proofs from the Sunnah is the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Every intoxicant is forbidden, and Allah has promised that whoever drinks intoxicants, He will make him drink from tinat al-khabal," which is the sweat or bodily fluid of the inhabitants of Hell. Muslims have unanimously agreed on its prohibition, and scholars have considered its prohibition to be among the matters known by necessity in the religion. Therefore, whoever deems it lawful has disbelieved, unless they are new to Islam or grew up in non-Muslim lands.
