Is ghusl required after an احتلام (wet dream) in which no seminal emission occurred until several hours later and with urine, or is it treated as mathy (pre-seminal fluid)?

The jurists differed regarding the obligation of ghusl (definition) (ritual bathing) if one feels semen moving within the body but it does not exit. The majority of jurists hold that ghusl is not obligatory unless the semen exits, while the Hanbalis consider it obligatory merely upon its movement.

However, if semen moves with desire and pleasure, and then exits without pleasure, the majority of jurists (the four Imams) hold that ghusl is obligatory. A narration from Imam Ahmad differentiates between its exit before urination, in which case ghusl is obligatory, or after urination, in which case it is not, due to the possibility of it being new semen. In the case where semen exits with urine after moving with desire, ghusl is obligatory, because its exit was delayed from the original desire.
