Is it permissible to obtain an Ijazah in the Qur'an by reciting it online if the reciter and the one granting the Ijazah are in two different countries?

The reader's obtaining an ijazah (certification) from a Quran reciter means that the reciter testifies to the reader's excellent and correct recitation. There is no harm in achieving this online if there is a need, but the preferred method is to acquire knowledge directly from the reciters, sitting before them, and only resorting to the internet when absolutely necessary.
