The answer

It is not permissible to transfer one's salary to a usurious bank—even with the intention of immediate withdrawal—as long as Islamic banks exist. This is because ease of transactions and widespread branches do not constitute a justification for it. Furthermore, a bank offering a bonus to anyone who transfers their salary to it is considered an additional usurious transaction. The funds deposited in usurious banks are, in reality, a loan from the money's owner to the bank, and it is not permissible for the lender to receive any stipulated benefit from the borrower. One must promptly transfer their salary to an Islamic bank and disregard offers from usurious banks.
