Is it obligatory to perform two farewell circumambulations or only one for someone who performed Umrah as a Mutamatti' and then performed Hajj, and departed Mecca for Arafat before the farewell circumambulation?

The Farewell is not prescribed for the pilgrim when departing Mina for Arafat. Rather, it is performed before leaving Mecca after completing the rituals of Hajj. Whenever the pilgrim intends to travel to his family or elsewhere, the Farewell Tawaf becomes obligatory for him, based on the saying of Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with them both: "The people were commanded that their last ritual should be with the House (Kaaba), but it was lightened for the menstruating woman." (Agreed upon).
